Itinerary:

• Begin your morning at 08:30, meet your English or French guide at the hotel. Then drive for about 45 minutes to reach the Pyramids. Two and half hours guided tour and enjoy walking around the three pyramids of the Kings Cheops, Chefren and Menkaraus at the last surviving of the Seven Wonders of the Old World. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates from the time of Chephren; the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the pyramid of Chefren.
• Enjoy an Egyptian grilled lunch at the 9 Pyramid Lounge Restaurant overlooking the Pyramids ( Option ) .
• Carry on with a 45 minutes’ drive until you reach the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 overwhelming artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was excavated.

Itinerary:

Begin with a tour of the evolution of the pyramids by a 1.5 hour visit of the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure. It was built around 2630 BC in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser.

Having reigned as a cultural center for over 3,000 years, Memphis boasts stunning ancient sites which was founded by King Menes and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, it was considered to be a center of rule and culture for over 3000 years the first capital of Egypt and see the Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

• Drive about 20 minutes to reach The Citadel of Salah El-Din was constructed by Salah al-Din on the Moqattam Hills in 1183 AD as a defend against Crusader armies. Known for its fresh air and sweeping views of Cairo, it is now a preserved historic site of mosques and museums, including the Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha.
• Designed by the Turkish architect Yousif Boushnaq, who came to Cairo especially from Istanbul to build the great building, the mosque’s alabaster structure stands in beautiful contrast to the sandstone city.
• 10 Minutes’ drive to the most famous Bazaars of Khan El Khalili at the Old Cairo to explore the area & to collect the Islamic & pharaonic gifts.
• Enjoy Lunch at the Famous Naguib Mahfouz Restaurant in the heart of the market.
